How to renew checked out materials
You can see what items you have checked out and when they are due by logging in to your library account and choosing the “Loans” link. If you need to use an item longer, you can often renew it, depending on which library catalog it came from.
- Items checked out from EOU can be renewed online directly in your library account. Each item will indicate if it is renewable
- Summit items cannot be renewed.
- Sage items can usually be renewed. To request a renewal, contact the Interlibrary Loan Department at least two days before the due date with your name and the title of the item.
- WorldCat items can usually be renewed once, depending on the policy of the loaning library. Check the paper band attached to the item to find out. To request a renewal, contact the Interlibrary Loan Department at least two days before the due date with your name and the title of the item.
