This interview contains memories largely related to the early years of EOU. Carlos Easley was hired to teach at EOCE by President Roben Maaske during World War II when the school was partnered with the Army Air Force College Training Detachment. Carlos stayed through a number of presidents and several versions of Eastern before retiring. He then worked for People's Savings & Loan before retiring again. He loved fishing and backpacking, and was very familiar with many of the best local spots for both.
